How we did it
Deep dive in researching
We had a deep dive in researching and validating user interaction needs through client’s interviews, and very simple surveys that could be easily answered by anyone using assistive technology devices or software.
Accessibility standards
We also set accessibility standards as a priority in designing and developing Bridging Voice’s web to achieve AAA standards.
Key features Delivered
Accessibility for ALS patients
We made the items bigger and added spaces between them to have more probability of clicking on items or of reading them when they interact with their eyes.
A customized donation page
We customized the donation form to fit the colors and style of the brand and added different ways to get involved.
Accessible Video player
We customize the YouTube video player to allow eye-gazing users to have the ability to watch and control the video.
What was the result?
Karina Nagin

I loved the attention we were given. The founder gave me the one-on-one VIP service that we could never get from a larger firm. He was available at all times, day or night.
